At YNYA-MOTO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, tags, and parts included.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Several types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized
  • productsItems that have been installed, used, damaged, or modified
  • Items missing original packaging, parts, manuals, or accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we may require your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a certain number of business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund. Sale items, clearance items, and final sale items may not be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Shipping returns

We will provide the correct return instructions and return address after your request is approved.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost during shipping.
